Millom Striders Running Club was established in 2018 and affiliated to England Athletic. We are a friendly, welcoming group of runners based in Millom, Cumbria.

Whether you are looking to get fit, train for your first 5K, or take on marathon distances, we are an inclusive club and cater for all abilities and ages. We are passionate about bringing the local community together through running. 

We meet regularly for group training sessions and take part in races and events across the region, the country and the world. No matter your speed or experience, you’ll find a warm welcome and plenty of encouragement here.
